I would recommend Cal to anyone who wants to buy a property. He paid attention to all our wants and needs. Coming from a different state to relocate is a difficult process. You must rely on your realtor more. His knowledge of the area and the properties is a must. He worked very hard for us in this difficult housing market. Due to some surprise issues at our closing, he was a miracle worker and got us in our house. We will always be grateful to him.
