•Patrick Walters is Phenomenal. Not only is he professional and courteous, he is also knowledgeable and experience in the Real Estate industry. Mr. Walters was referred to us by a friend, we have dealt with realtors in the past as this was not our first time purchasing a home but we have never encounter anyone like him. He explained everything in detail, followed up and returned every phone call. He paid attention to our check list and was able to deliver most of what we needed. The best part about working with Patrick was we currently live in New York and was purchasing a home in Georgia, we had some concerns about the process going smoothly, due to the fact we don't live in that state and may have to travel back and fort frequently but because we had such a great agent, the process went smoothly, better than we anticipated, we didn't have to travel that much. We would recommend Patrick Walters to family and friends because of his knowledge of the industry and his professionalism. Had there been a sixth star, I would have given it to him, he is that good.
