I couldn't have chosen a better agent to work with than Dan Buckley!
I could not have chosen a better agent to work with than Dan. From the first initial meeting, I felt that he was a genuine, sincere person willing to work with me and guide me through my entire home selling process. My situation would have been less than desirable for many, having to sell a property with an ex-husband who didn't want to sell the property but Dan couldn't have handled all the challenges put in front of him any better than he did. He went so far above and beyond what I ever could have expected especially from a communication standpoint - I always knew what was going on with the property and potential buyer which was so important to me living 3 hours from the property. His follow up and follow through was timely and reliable. From initial meeting to listing, the turnaround was very quick and he put my property as a priority sale. He knows the area and market which helped tremendously with the listing of the home and quick timeline to offer to purchase. I never had to worry about any of the home selling process details, as Dan was quick to communicate where we were, what to expect, next steps, and handled all the behind the scenes work translating to a very smooth and seamless day of closing. I cannot say enough of what a pleasure it was to work with Dan and how much I highly recommend him for others to work with.
