•Erik's professionalism impressed us from our first meeting. He was very thorough in his first walk-through of our house and immediately began giving us ideas to improve the home's appeal - even before we signed with him. He was very quick in putting together his proposal for our list price - which was well thought-out and very reasonable. His plan for marketing was equally thorough, and I believe the professional staging and photography made a huge impact, considering the large volume of traffic our home saw before we went under contract (in 17 days.) He gave us a lot of work to do to get our house ready, but I'm glad we listened, because this guy knows how to sell a house. He was equally professional and responsive after we went under contract, and helped us navigate and negotiate our way through a couple of issues that came up before closing. I would highly recommend Erik to help you sell your house!
