•We had the pleasure of working with Bill both in selling our house in 2021, and buying a condo in 2023. Both processes were complex due to various situations. There are so many qualities Bill has which made our experience as good as it could be. First and most important was his ability to communicate. He knows when a text will do, or an email. But what stands out is he also doesn’t hesitate to pick up the phone!!! I can’t emphasize enough how much this meant to me. So many questions and concerns come up in selling and buying. I felt that the only time Bill didn’t get back to me almost immediately, it was because he couldn’t! The effect of having your agent always respond, being knowledgeable and with a helping attitude does so much to lessen the anxiety of the moving process. Bill was also very knowledgeable and fearless in advocating on our behalf in the process of negotiations. Bill even checked in by text while on vacation, and set up seamless coverage with his team while he was away. And lastly, Bill has always had a good list of people in other services, when I’ve asked, who have worked out well. If I could give extra stars to Bill, I would. He’s the best!
