When we initially put our home on the market...

When we initially put our home on the market, it was listed with another agency. After about 90 days on the market we'd had several showings but no interested buyers. We decided that perhaps we needed a new marketing strategy. Mandy was recommended to me by my then neighbor. Mandy was very professional and knowledgeable of the Atlanta-region. She immediately came in with suggestions on how to make our home more attractive to potential buyers. Even after we relocated out of state, she remained engaged with us and completely committed to the sale of our home. We were very happy with working with her and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!

Mandy Thompson is professional, considerate and kind. She went over and above helping my husband and me sell our family home when we decided to downsize. She understood the business necessary to make the sale happen but also understood the emotions involved in selling our lifelong home. She was a godsend in helping us find a new residence.
