•Kyle was an amazing agent to deal with. Communicated every step of the process from our initial meeting through close. Kyle regularly updated me about showings, prospective buyer feedback; continually reaching back out and following up with any prospective buyers. Kyle provided his opinion regarding the offer, and what he felt would be my best next steps to take to maximize the dollars and terms. Kyle kept me informed throughout the escrow process, letting me know what would be my requirements for each step, and finally attended my signing of escrow documents as I was not present for the actual closing. Kyle even went so far as to deposit the buyers personal check for personal property so it would not have to be mailed to me. I cannot recommend Kyle enough. I've worked with multiple agents in the past, and Kyle is most definitely one of the best in my opinion.
