•We first contacted Brad about some vacant land that he had listed for ssle. Upon speaking with him he found out what kind of house we were looking for and put us on his list to have all homes like we were looking for to be sent to us immediately upon their listing. At a certain point the one we purchased came up. We contacted him and made arrangements to go see. After seeing the property we made an offer based upon his recommendation and the offer was accepted. He also had a connection with financial people to get our financing on the home so he is like a one stop shop all kind of person. We closed on our home and all has gone as well as could have.
