•How do I begin? Let me start by saying if you want a realtor who puts your interests and well-being first and foremost, then Mario is the realtor for you. In addition to being attentive to my needs, questions, and inquiries, Mario is an excellent communicator. He tells you like it is. When he says he is going to call you in an hour he does exactly that. If I have a question he is always there to take my call or text an answer. During the looking process Mario would point out the pros and cons to certain conditions of the home. I found this very helpful. He unobtrusively gave his professional assessment as to how minor or major the issues could or would be, and based on what was important to me in the home buying process, would take all of my needs, wants, and concerns into consideration. I appreciate this rare honesty. As he easily put my needs and concerns ahead of a "sale." In addition, a few days after closing he called to ask how things are going and if I need anything to let him know. How's that for outstanding customer care?! I've used a few realtors in the past and none compare to Mario's professionalism, confidence, knowledge, integrity, honesty, kindness, and total willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was informed and updated every step of the way. Mario will be the only realtor I call for any further real estate transactions.
