Best decision I made when putting our home for...

Best decision I made when putting our home for sale was to enlist Susan as our Realtor! After discussing with other realtors, including an online realtor upon a friend's recommendation I reached out to Susan. Susan came fully prepared at the first appointment, answered all my questions that I had as a first-time-seller. I needed recommendations for some work to be done on the home, Susan not only helped prioritize what should be done, but also offered sound recommendations for service-pros to use. She even helped select color for painting the house. I was so glad to see the final product once ready to list by simply following along all her recommendations. The pictures she arranged to take came out fantastic, and so did the listing. Open houses were very well organized, I got updates promptly after every open house. During offers, I got sound guidance on how to navigate and same continued throughout the process until closing. In our case, there were certain unplanned delays from the buyer financing front, which led to some back and forth but I knew I had a strong Realtor in Susan to bank on for advice and proceed based on her recommendations. I cannot thank her and her team more for all the efforts ... I look forward to working with Susan on my next Real Estate transaction in the future and highly recommend that you do so too.
