Dan is an extraordinary relator. Here’s my situation: I was living in Yuma, AZ while looking for a place to purchase. Dan and Catlin went ABOVE AND BEYOND with the entire home purchase experience. Dan and Catlin took the entire weekend working with me through the phone. They not only walked me through the home purchasing steps but also took the time to define all the terminologies i didn’t understand since i’m a first time home purchaser. My first offer didn’t go through since i didn’t elect to offer a higher appraisal. Dan and Catlin were EXTREMELY positive and encouraging when i heard the bad news. They reassured me that i will eventually find a home. Fast forward to today, i’ve purchased a house that is beyond my liking. Dan and Catlin are extremely knowledgeable with the property value that will set you up for success. He is comfortable with giving you guidance and suggestions without pressuring you to go beyond your budget. Dan and Catlin earned my trust immediately. They are very responsive. When I send homes that i’m interested in, Catlin and Dan will make ALL THE EFFORT to go and view the house on my behalf since i was in AZ. Catlin also took the time to attend the home inspection on my behalf since i was still in AZ during that time too. I truly recommend Dan and Catlin as an exceptional relator. I am 100000% satisfied with the experience and the team. I am happy to say that I will continue to stay in touch for my future home purchases since i’m interested in buying rental properties.
