•We contacted Mark, last minute, on a Saturday. We had never met him, but had used Zillo to locate the properties we wished to view. Without notice, or an appointment, Mark first spent about an hour listening to our wants, wishes & dreams. He then spent the rest of the day and part of the following day showing us the properties we requested & several he thought we would like. We found our home within the first 2 hours after meeting him. However, I should note that he picked our home, before showing us any properties. He placed a "x" on the back of the print out of the house he thought was best for us. I should add, he did this within the first half hour, after meeting us. We were highly impressed with his knowledge and ability to listen to us, but also, match us to our dream home.
