•Jill was fantastic! When we moved to Phoenix from out of state, we decided to take a trusted friend's recommendation to use Jill as our agent. She did not disappoint! Jill did everything one would want from an agent and nothing one would not want. She prepared an itinerary of houses to see during our two days in town but based the itinerary on the listings that we had flagged as our favorites based on our search parameters. She personally previewed and took notes on every house on the list before our visit, but she also allowed us to form our own impression when we arrived. During our visit, Jill gave us her full and undivided attention. She was accommodating of our five-month-old baby, giving mom time to nurse and even bringing snacks to keep her energy up. Jill answered our questions and offered her input when we asked for it but never pressured us in any way. She cheerfully drove us back for another look at the houses we liked best so that we could make a final decision with confidence. We visited the house we ended up purchasing three times! Jill is also a savvy negotiator who represented our interests faithfully and effectively in the buying process. In a stroke of bad luck, two other prospective buyers made offers on the house we wanted the same day we did. Jill helped us to navigate the stressful process of crafting an offer that would win the house but on the best possible terms. As if that was not enough, Jill and her partner Blake went above and beyond by occasionally checking on the house between when we closed and when we moved in from out of state. As we sit happily in our new home writing this review, we are so grateful that we had Jill to help us find it. We cannot recommend her highly enough if you are looking to buy a house in the Phoenix area.
