Stacy went above and beyond on all levels in assisting us in purchasing a home 4 hours away from our current home. She answered every phone call & text immediately or within a few minutes. She performed live video walk-throughs on every property we were interested in. Not only did she pay close attention to every detail, potential issue, etc., her background in contracting work was a huge bonus. She is very knowledgeable in knowing what it would take to fix things along with estimated costs. If there was a flaw of any kind, she found it and made sure to share it with us. It definitely eased our minds and gave us game plan of what to expect for repairs and/or costs. With her years of experience, she was able to answer any questions or concerns we had regarding the agreements/contracts, home inspections, repairs, costs, title company, mortgage lender. She obtained answers we had for the sellers as well.
