My wife and I could not have been happier with the service Jeff provided for us. When we were starting this process, we really didn't know where we wanted to move and what exactly we wanted. Jeff recommended Millbridge in Waxhaw, so we met him one Saturday afternoon and took a tour of the neighborhood and WOW did it impress. We loved it the moment we saw it. Being able to build a new house in our price range was a dream come true. We were worried about when to sell our current home (with building a home it takes 5-6 months), but Jeff knew exactly when to list our home. He was fantastic lining up the photographer and stager when it was time to list our house. To say we were satisfied with how quickly he was able to get our house under contract is an understatement. Within 4 hours of the "coming soon" sign in our front yard we had an offer. 4 hours is AMAZING. Jeff has great knowledge of the area and plenty of contacts in the business so selling our house was a breeze. If I could give him 10 stars on the sell of our house I would. He was just as good with the purchase of our new house. Whenever we needed an answer from the builder, he was on it. He also helped line up getting us our own inspector before the drywall was installed. My wife and I would have never known to do that, so we were appreciative for that info. He has also recommended electricians and general handy men for little projects we want to do down the road. We were super excited we used Jeff and I hope anyone needing a new house will consider him as well. We will certainly use him on our next house in 10-15 years.
