Donna was superb in all phases of our house...

Donna was superb in all phases of our house sale. She clearly understood the market and priced the house perfectly. Donna did a great job staging the house and getting pictures for the MLS listing. She expertly coordinated showings and wisely advised us to get a hotel for 3 nights as we had 41 showings in 4 days . Upon receiving multiple offers she helped us choose the best one with back ups and then flawlessly executed closing. She was very responsive through the whole process and when we needed a couple things fixed she had 2 options and the one we selected fixed the issues in less than an hour . Having sold 8 houses over 35 years I can unequivocally state Donna is the best realtor I have ever retained .
