•Amy was very clear about the process of selling our home from the start. She explained the timing of getting our home ready for market, factors to consider when pricing our home, and what the agency would be doing to market our home. She asked pertinent questions to make sure she understood the home and who the potential target audiences could be. Our home had a unique location and Amy let us know all the things she was doing to attract potential buyers. She kept us up-to-date on a weekly basis on internet interest, showings and new strategies. Amy made herself available when we had questions or when some issue with the home came up and we needed to discuss. She was helpful in finding solutions to problems as they arose. When we did get an offer, Amy was knowledgeable in the legalities of the negotiation process to ensure we understood the details of the transaction. She made sure we were aware of due dates and that we met those dates. There were things that we needed to resolve with the buyers and Amy was able to tactfully get those things settled. Selling a home is very stressful and Amy was there every step of the way to lend her support and be an objective. calm voice to get us through the process.
