•We were in the market for a new house and hired Michelle to represent us both on the buying of a new property and selling of the current property. Michelle was very open right from the start about how she communicates and approaches real estate. The home we chose had some issues around the price and some seller expectations, she not only guided us along the way but suggested alternatives that in the end saved us more money and head-aches! She managed the process and gave us immediate updates along the way and even intervened for mortgage and closing issues to move things along in our favor. Would highly recommend her for any buy or sell arrangement as she goes above and beyond what is expected and helps lower the stress of the process.
