If you think your choice of realtor doesn’t matter

If you think your choice of realtor doesn’t matter then I hope you don’t find yourself in a difficult situation like mine. I had to list my home at the worst time of the year and the seller’s market suddenly turned against me and the other sellers in my neighborhood. I was also on a tight schedule and needed to close quickly. I chose Shari Simpson with Century 21 Results. Shari and her team had, by far, the most sales and experience in our large, high-end neighborhood in Cumming, GA. Shari was always very professional and forthright in our dealings. But more than that she is honest, tenacious and is the hardest working agent I’ve ever encountered. The actions Shari undertook to sell and market my home are too numerous to list here but were invaluable to getting my house sold before the competing neighborhood homes sold, and for a price I was happy very happy with. Also, when you hire Shari, you get the entire Hennigar team behind you whose resources saved me literally thousands on having to undergo unnecessary repairs. This isn’t your typical realtor team.
