Jay Hickman is knowledgeable, professional, kind, helpful, and GENUINE. Jay just so happened to be representing the home we fell in love with on Zillow. I can't even tell you how lucky we are that he was! This was our first time looking at a house to buy...ever! We knew right away that this would be our new home, but there were many questions we had about the process, being that we were so new to it. Jay was so gracious in answering all of our questions. He worked as the agent between buyer and seller and did so effectively and transparently. Jay makes himself very available through email, calling, or even texting. He works with your schedule and will answer any question or give any needed recommendations as far as local inspectors go, etc. He was very good at facilitating our relationship with the sellers and helping us through the negotiating process. All while keeping necessary things confidential. I would rate our overall experience with Jay Hickman above perfect. It was more like a blessing. It is rare in today's society to deal with professionals with such integrity. I would recommend Jay to my family and friends in a heartbeat!
