•Mariann is simply amazing. You can tell that she absolutely loves real estate, and she has changed our expectations of what real estate agents should be doing because she went above and beyond. She not only helped us to sell our old home, but she also helped us buy our new home all while remaining so communicative, honest, and patient. The sale of our old home went from listed - to offer - to close in a little over a month and the process couldn’t have been smoother. However, the purchase of our new home was a difficult one with issues out of our control. We knew this was the house that we wanted and I don’t think we would have been able to close escrow and complete the process if we didn’t have Mariann there to help push and negotiate the deal. Now that we are all moved in and settled after the sale and purchase of our homes, you would think that our relationship would be done... but no. Mariann has helped us find landscapers and contractors for our new home through her vast network of connections she has made over the years of working in Orange County. Thank you!
