•As a first time buyer I had a million questions and was on the fence for picking an agent randomly online . But Shawna followed up consistently and continually gave me information that I wasn’t even thinking of that I decided to work with her . She made looking at homes easy with my schedule and was never pushy, just wanted me to be happy with the home I selected . She helped show me the value of the home compared to others and had great recourses for inspectors, attorneys, lenders, and even people to repair a few things the sellers wouldn’t . This is my starter home and I love it and will be calling Shawna and her team when we are ready for our forever home !
