•I worked with Matt from Oct 16 to May 17. Matt was extremely flexible with his schedule. He made himself available for the showing of properties most of the time. I saw numerous properties from Elgin to Bolingbrook to Bloomingdale, Matt accommodated my search area. When it was time to make an offer on my new home, we negotiated a lower price with credit back. Matt was patient and honest. When it came to listing my house for sale in the winter, he let me know the good offers probably would not come until spring. He was right! I did get a poor offer not worthy of acceptance in the winter, then I relisted with Matt in spring and got multiple offers! He was always concerned and attentive. I would definitely recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
