•Sophie had the monumental task of helping us purchase a home sight unseen from another state because we were relocating to Moscow. She went out of her way to make us feel like we had been in each home we "looked" at. She would either FaceTime or make videos and text them to us, showing us every detail of the house, even relaying to us what scents were in the home, which we couldn't tell virtually. She took upwards of eighty photos of some homes and texted them to us so we could study them. She drew out basic floor plans and measured rooms, closets, and refrigerator spaces so that we would be able to know if a house would work for our family of seven. She even took some video of the street so we would know about the neighborhood. Sophie was very knowledgeable about the purchase process, and led us confidently. When she was uncertain about something, she would ask her broker or make a phone call, and always followed through with what she said she was going to do in a timely manner. She was professional, but so friendly, and was conscious of our emotions in making such a big move, and related to us so well. She was not daunted by any glitches in the process, which there always are, and simply worked through them with grace, encouraging us all the way through. When we arrived in Moscow to see our home for the very first time after a very long journey, with two U-Hauls, five kids, two cats, and a dog, she was waiting for us with a smile to greet us into our new home. Sophie has not just been our realtor, she has become our friend. We highly and warmly recommend Sophie to anyone for any of their real estate needs!
