•Carmen helped us buy and then 6 years later, sell our lovely home. Carmen is kind, caring, a good listener, and really goes out of her way to make sure you're getting what you want. She was wonderful to work with on both ends and I couldn't appreciate her dedication even more. Due to things out of her control, our selling transaction was challenging and Carmen really went above and beyond to keep things pushing forward. Sadly, we moved out of state, but I would highly recommend Carmen to anyone and if we ever move back to Washington, would use her again in a heartbeat!
Carmen goes above and beyond the norm. She made sure everything was perfect when showing our home. The 6th prospect to look at our home bought the property. Considering that this was over a million dollar property we expected it to take much longer to sell. We also purchased our new home with Carmen which was a challenge do to it being a bank owned property and a very time consuming process. She definitely knows what she is doing.
