•As a first time home buyer, I can’t recommend Kim enough. From start to finish, she kept helped me understand the ins and the outs of the whole process. When ever something was over my head, she was able to explain it in a way that was easy to understand. Kim was quick to pick up on exactly what I was looking for in a house. The more houses she showed me, the more she seemed to zero in on what I wanted. After I found the house, she helped the process move along relatively quickly, which was what I was looking for. Kim was always able to accommodate my schedule when it came to looking at houses and was quick to set up appointments with current owners or other real estate agents. After the sale, Kim was still available for anything I needed, including getting the paint color of the walls. If you are looking for a pleasant and efficient home buying experience, I highly recommend Kim.
