She was the calm in a crazy storm.

Jo-Anne was the perfect agent to sell our home. Everyone knows that selling a home is a crazy and stressful time. Jo-Anne‘s personality and expertise was exactly what kept the entire process running smoothly. She immediately sent out mailers, put our home on a Sunday morning real estate show, bought a full page ad in a real estate magazine and added our home to several MLS listings. She created a tremendous amount of exposure for our home. Once on the market, our home sold in two days! We could not have asked for a better experience with our real estate agent, or in the entire process of selling our home. The thought of selling our home seemed like a daunting task, and in reality it wound up being an enjoyable experience. I can see us remaining friends past the selling of our home. She’s a great person not just a great real estate agent.
