Ximena Recupero came into our lives when we needed an angel. My mother had a heart attack and it was clear her and my step-father would need to move into an assisted living apartment. Their villa needed to be sold. We interviewed three real estate agents. All presented themselves well and would have been good choices, but something about Ximena felt different. As we got deeper into the selling process, we knew our hunch was right and we made the right choice. Ximena was so wonderful in helping my parents through this process. Halfway through, my stepfather had a heart attack and needed open heart surgery. Everything seemed overwhelming. Ximena was there to assist in cleaning the villa and disposing of unwanted household items. She kept a level head and was a rock when we needed her. I am so thankful for Ximena and her help in a very difficult time in out family's life. I would recommend her to my friends and family.
