•Because of unusual circumstances Cal worked with us for over 2 years and was very patient with us. We were not physically able to move into a two story condo and that limited our options a great deal. He was very impressive about local knowledge and showed us several different areas. His process expertise was very masterful as it could have been a difficult pit fall. His responsiveness was immediate at all times and we did have many questions. His negotiations skills needed to be excellent during the process if only you knew. During our wonderful time working with Cal he was at all times professional, caring and kind. Would definitely recommend him to all our family and friends wonderful agent.
