•Lauren was so hardworking while we made our move from SC to LA. Working on a tight timeline and the holiday season, she was able to guide us through the process smoothly and close on a home while one of us was in another state still. She answered multiple requests while on a personal vacation and while traveling (sorry about that!) in order to get the ball rolling for us. I felt that she was honest and straightforward to work with, and kept our goals in mind throughout the process. We unfortunately walked away from a home after an inspection and resumed the property search, I will always be thankful for the opportunity we had to say “no” while negotiating and Lauren allowed us to be empowered in that decision- ultimately leading us to another home with the big ticket items already taken care of in recent years. Moving to a new state we had never been to before was difficult, but Lauren really helped us navigate the market here and get settled in.
