•I started out trying to sell my home by myself but I had priced the house too high and honestly didn't know what the hell I was doing but was trying to save money. When I called Michele for help, she came over to give me tips about what I needed to do. I had another real estate agent come over because they had sold many houses for a friend who flips many homes, however, he was very pompous and made me feel as it I didn't know anything. He also priced my home much lower than I thought the worth of my home was. When I got to the frustrating stage of not getting any offers but spending a couple of weekends waiting for people to come to an open house, I called Michele and asked her to sell my home. We signed the paperwork on Friday, she put together an open house for Saturday, and within the first hour, she had a very good offer, We waited the rest of the weekend just to see if there would be another higher bid but the first offer was perfect. Michele stepped me thru all of the steps needed and without any issues, my hose was sold! Very very happy and satisfied customer!!
