Bif has been one of the top real estate agents in metro Indianapolis for many years. That was one of the factors that led us to consider her. She met us at our house in person and impressed us with her knowledge of our house & neighborhood in the near north downtown area. She shared facts and perspective. Once we accepted the offer, she held our hands through the inspection, closing and various hiccups that inevitably occur along the way with a sale. She went to our house several times right up to closing to be sure everything was progressing as it should. This was particularly important since we were out of the country during accepting the offer through the closing. And she was always very pleasant and communicative. And Bif stayed engaged as well.
