•As a first time property seller, I had no idea where to begin however, I knew who to begin with. My family and I have known Jennifer as a life long family friend as well as an exclusive professional. When the time came to start anew and put land on the market, she was my first and only call. She knew what the property meant to my mother and I and the heritage it held. Jennifer took the reins and delegated inspections, pulling comps, taking the perfect photos, showing the property, all the while checking in and updating my family and I with what the potential buyers were thinking. I had no idea how many tedious details went on behind the scenes. Myself being a night owl, I would text her questions late into the night- before sunrise she was there like a lighthouse on a stormy sea, reassuring me all was well. Jennifer, the PRO who KNOWS made the entire process look and feel seamless. She was by my side from start to finish. My favorite memory from the experience was the day of the closing. Jennifer and I were sitting in the attorney’s office at the huge conference table and she looked over and whispered, “ You did it”! What a selfless soul, the one who worked tirelessly day and night was encouraging me up until the very end. Jennifer is amazing! She shines! This fierce, motivated, diligent agent is a POWER HOUSE that is the one to call to make a trusted sell and/or purchase! Call Jennifer Goude if you are looking for a trusted agent! -Sherrill Nicole Richardson and Family #theprowhoknows #thisgirlisonfire #classysassy #sansburybutlerproperties #jennifergouderealestateagent #thebestneverrest
