We couldn't have possibly imagined a better experience with a real estate agent than the experience we had working with Donna Tanno. We have worked with Donna 3 different times for 3 different transactions: buying our current home, selling a home, and renting out our previous home. And let me tell you...none of these transactions were anywhere close to easy! We needed a dedicated and knowledgable agent, and that's exactly what we got with Donna. Throughout everything (and I mean everything), Donna was on the ball every step of the way. She was constantly updating us throughout the process, informing us of what our next steps were, and was extremely responsive to any and all questions we had. She went WAY above an beyond for us on several occasions. She even put in extra work to get us back our $1,000 earnest money that we put down on a different house deal with a different agent nearly two years prior! The deal went bad due to a terrible home inspection, and the seller refused to give us back our earnest money. Two years later, Donna came through and got it back for us even though she had nothing to do with that deal. She had nothing to gain from that, other than helping us out. There were times throughout the purchase of our current home where Donna was even doing extra work that was clearly the responsibility of the listing agent. Many agents would not have fought for us, nor worked nearly as hard for us as she did...AND it it weren't for Donna, there's a very good chance we could have lost the house of our dreams.
