Beth was great

Beth was great. As an out-of-state buyer for a job-related relocation, her knowledge was invaluable. Due to my work schedule, I was unable to view potential properties during "regular" hours. Beth and I toured most homes well into the mid-late evening hours (6-9pm). She made every effort to accommodate my schedule and influenced sellers to accommodate as well. As an inexperienced home buyer, she also provided excellent guidance during the negotiation process. Our first offer generated the counter-offer we wanted from the seller. She put me in touch with excellent local inspectors for well, septic, home, and water/radon. Following inspections, her insight also helped achieve 100% of our 'asks' being addressed by the seller. Beth was also a partner during the lender selection process. I would absolutely recommend Beth to anyone looking to purchase a home in Bucks County or elsewhere in PA (our new home is just North of Bucks), and will certainly use her again should we move in the future.
