•Kathy was very responsive to our inquiry about real estate in the Bluffton area and quickly arranged to show us a long list of houses, even bringing a contractor along to advise on renovation possibilities. This was especially helpful since our house-hunting time in Bluffton was limited and because we lived half way across the country and would be closing the deal from afar. Kathy made the closing process an easy one by connecting us to the right people and made sure all items were checked off the list. Following closing, she checked on our house on a regular basis picking up our mail, packages, etc. until we made the move to Bluffton. I would recommend Kathy for a five-star real estate experience in the Bluffton area!
