•We began looking for a home when the inventory was low and interest rates were spiking. While our timing was less than ideal, Kevin was always very responsive and so patient! Since there wasn’t much on the market, we asked Kevin to show us EVERYTHING that came up and he did! He didn’t push us to make a decision and always made sure our questions were answered. He is knowledgeable about the realities of potential costs of making updates and repairs. He wasn’t just in it for the sale, he wanted to make sure we purchased a home we would love, and we finally did! Buying a home can be very overwhelming but it was very reassuring having Kevin in our corner and we would recommend him to anyone!!!
