•Kristine provided outstanding guidance, advice, communications, and support. She accurately knew the selling environment of the city and neighborhood. She walked the property and provided valuable tips on the house for showing and selling. She coordinated a limited staging that gave the property a very nice occupied appearance for showing at a reasonable price. She provided excellent, and in my opinion accurate, guidance on listing pricing based upon the property which was very good condition and the market area and timing. Bottom line: The property listed on MLS at 9:00 am and had 4 showings the same day, received two offers that day, went under contract the same day at over the listening price, and closed within 5 weeks.
