•I met Smadar and her husband 3 yrs ago when I first moved to Vegas at an open house. They were welcoming, and full of useful and helpful information. I did not qualify for a loan yet but they still took the time to give me advice. Two and a half yrs later, I reached out and they remembered my family and I, and they were ready to help with the same non-demanding, whenever you are ready to find what you love then we are here for you attitude. They were so patient, kind and generous with their time that I found myself talking to Smadar as a friend. She was there anytime I texted or called. Smadar was so encouraging, and always had an answer for ALL my questions. You could tell she has been doing this a long time and she absolutely loves it. After we purchased the home of my dreams, Smadar is still texting and sending encouraging messages. Her and her husband became our friends and a part of our family. I highly recommend Smadar if you want to be successful in purchasing a new home!
