•During the process of looking for our home, Tom took the time to FaceTime us on various occasions while we were away in NY to show us different listings in the community we were interested in, and was the liaison between us and the builder’s sales team. He went out of his way to make sure he showed us exactly what we were looking for in terms of the elevation and layout of the home. Upon finding a home we loved, he helped refer a home inspector which was super meticulous and detail oriented. Tom also helped make sure some of the pending items or issues brought up by the inspector were rectified by the builder before the closing date. He met with the project manager and sales personnel to review any last minute requests and also did FaceTime during this time to help facilitate the process. Tom and Shirley also shared the same experience so they’re aware of the logistical and emotional complexities involved with such a big move. They were super welcoming and very friendly which helped make the process of looking for a home and moving to another state that much easier and pleasant. They were a delight to work with and we’d refer them 100 times over!
