We came in as first-time homebuyers and didn't know what to expect. Megan was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and advocated for us at every step of the homebuying process. Megan and her staff made themselves regularly available for questions/concerns and worked diligently to find the perfect home in a tight market at the right price. Megan helped us buy with confidence, and we couldn't have done it without Megan and her brilliant team!
First Time Home Buyer...Felt like she was our Advocate
As first time homebuyers, we had no idea what we were doing. We sought help from a real estate agent expecting them to show us houses, help us put in an offer, and close the deal. Megan did so much more. We received daily emails with listings that met our criteria as we worked up to touring homes. On the day we toured, Megan guided us through the different properties, highlighting things she noticed on the listing or pointing out things we might not have noticed in front of us. It was so helpful to have someone there reminding us what we wanted. In the end we put in an offer which was accepted and then the real work began. The process of closing did not go super smoothly, but Megan was there to guide us through every step, staying in touch with the lender so she could explain everything that was happening. We really felt like she was our advocate. Especially on the day of closing, when we went to our newly purchased home to celebrate and found that water had been left sitting in our living and dining room from when the refrigerator was removed. We called Megan immediately and she worked with the selling agent to arrange repairs before we moved in. We are so thankful for everything Megan did for us and would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent!
