•As first time home buyers, my husband and I knew very little about the process of buying a home and, frankly, were pretty nervous about it. Thankfully, we found Dan, who made the process amazingly smooth, stress-free, and even fun. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained things in a way that we could easily understand. He pointed out features of the houses we looked at that we never would have thought to ask about. He was dedicated to helping us find the right home for us, on our own terms and schedule. We never felt pressure, only guidance and support. He was incredibly flexible in meeting with us or showing us homes whenever worked for us (which often meant he was working evenings and weekends). He was extremely responsive to any questions we had (by phone or email) and also extremely prompt in keeping us up to date about any developments. When we were ready to make an offer on a house, he expertly guided us through each step, made very helpful recommendations about negotiations, and ultimately helped us secure our dream home (even in spite of a competing offer!). Dan is also simply an authentic, good-natured and down-to-earth person that we genuinely enjoyed spending time with! We could not recommend Dan more highly!
