•I don't know what we would have done without Heather. She was so professional, kind and really knows her stuff. As first time home buyers, the whole process was very daunting to us, but she really helped us not only understand the process, but also negotiated for us extremely well. I felt like we really picked the best person to represent us. She is thorough, and very responsive. She helped us out with any and all questions quickly and accurately. She had great recommendations for repair work as well. Seriously we could not have done it without her!
Heather had our backs from the very beginning of our home negotiations. She persistently made sure we were in the know on all aspects of the buying phase and was knowledgeable on all fronts. It was a tumultuous and stressful time because we bought the house that we'd been living in for 6 years already. She was able to alleviate the stress and make the paperwork clear and comprehensible to the point where there weren't so many unexpected negotiations. Heather made multiple time extensions so we would not get penalized when we had to have house work done for the loan to go through. I'd highly recommend her for those who want someone who can be reliable and transparent about the process for you and your family!
Heather handled our home buying process with great responsiveness, knowledge, professionalism and also made it a pleasure to work with her. She really knows her stuff, and was always helpful in answering our (many) questions, as we were first time home buyers. We really could not have done it without her!! She made the process fun and was very resourceful and ready to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new home :)

I had the pleasure of working with Alisa and cannot say enough good things about her. Alisa is extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and takes a hands on approach that made the process absolutely seamless. As I was not familiar with the terminology or best process for the sale of our home, Alisa was endlessly patient and incredibly generous with her time as she would respond almost immediately, regardless what time or day of the week it was. I would highly recommend Alisa and will certainly utilize her again.
