•David made the whole process very easy and was there to answer every question we had promptly and without reservation. He took the time to understand our wish list and find us the perfect home in a very short amount of time. He we knew the areas we were interested in very well and helped us narrow down our search criteria. He scheduled our walk throughs very quickly, in most cases within hours of contact. He went above and beyond to guide us through the processes so what we knew to expect. He was also instrumental in the sale of our old home. He captured a 360 degree view of our old home which we believed helped with the fast sale. He had great negotiation skills allowing us to purchase our dream home!
Thorough, calm, and tireless. We live overseas and were looking for a house for our return to the states. House hunting from overseas can be a challenge on its own but throw in the year 2020 and COVID and you have a major challenge. David saw us through this process and was available to do whatever we needed. David helped us with video walkthroughs, meeting owners, and stopping by to measure rooms. For more than a year David was available on call to answer our questions each time. David never seemed frustrated. We finally got the house we were looking for and David saw us through that process as well. We now own a house and David is supporting us with meeting contractors at the home until we return. Thank you David for everything you have done for our family.
As an investor in Savannah for the past 15 years, I have worked with many real estate agents. David was exceptional. He was the listing agent on a condo I noticed on Zillow. I contacted him directly since I wasn't actively looking to buy and felt it was premature to get a buyer's agent involved. This turned out to be a good decision! In fact, I don't think my deal would have closed without David's participation, as there were numerous 'red flags' and not many answers when we started. David's relaxed approach made me feel comfortable and his knowledge of the property's history was invaluable. So was his ability to communicate with multiple parties, produce every piece of information I asked for and negotiate fairly on behalf of both me and the seller. I never felt pressured to commit to a closing, even though David had invested a significant amount of time to the process and there wasn't a huge commission at stake. He also referred me to the contractors I needed to repair and remodel the property. Talk about value added! No agent works more tirelessly or with more integrity than David. I would not hesitate to work with him again.
