•I have used Tammy Godbold with Waterways Realty for the purchase and sale of several condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. She is very professional and diligent in her work. She stayed in constant communication with me throughout the purchase and sale process. My daughter also used her for the purchase of a new home under construction in Gulf Shores. I am not sure my daughter would have made it to closing had it not been for Ms. Godbold. She stayed on the builder to get the home completed and to get the punch list done. She treated the purchase as if it were a home for herself. My daughter and I would both definitely recommend Tammy Godbold with Waterways Realty for someone looking for a realtor with a personal touch.
