•We moved to Sacramento in 2014 from Fort Bragg, NC, and rented in the Pocket as we are military and honestly had the plan to PCS (i.e. move) in three years when the Army told us to. Well, plans changed as we really liked Sacramento so we decided to stay and my husband went from active duty to reserve. We knew then we wanted to go from renting to buying. All we knew was the military and not many civilians so finding a real estate agent we could trust was not going to be easy. So, we hit the good old internet as anyone else would have done and did not find anyone I felt comfortable with. I had mentioned this to one of my son's teammates on our travel baseball team and they said, we had to talk to Jason he was amazing! So I gave it a shot... why not right! Jason was amazing and so understanding and patient with me. I wanted to see just about every home in the Poset area that was in my price range. I bet he took me to see around 20 homes before I found the one we finally purchased and even this one I asked to see over 5 times. I was one of those people and thank goodness Jason was patient with me. He never got upset with me or anything... that is how I knew he was a good man and he was so professional. He helped us with a great mortgage company and the person he hooked us up with still to this day 6 years later sends us cards just to say hey and happy birthday! I mean come on, that is not the kind of service you see anymore... it's nice to just really experience great customer service. Bottom line if you want to have an all-around great experience when buying or selling your home I would highly recommend you use Jason, he was amazing to work with. You will really feel appreciated and he listens to you... that is key right that... listening!
