•My wife and I were a little nervous when we finally decided to sell our house. It was our first time selling and we heard a few horror stories about other people’s experiences in the real estate market. With that being said, we are so happy and fortunate that we hired Dave to sell our house! He made this whole experience terrific for us. All of our questions/concerns he answered right away and if by chance he didn’t know something he got back to us within a day. He always had our best interest in mind when giving us advice or when speaking/negotiating with the other party involved. Any updates or changes that came up he would contact us immediately. It felt great knowing he was a just text or a phone call away with any additional questions we had. We really enjoyed working with him and would highly recommended his services to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. When we decide to buy our next house, Dave is going to be the agent we call!
