•Jule provided the best possible experience for me when buying my home in Greenlake/Seattle, WA. She has a great sense of urgency and would send me listings the second they came on the market. She met me in Seattle on a Saturday and showed me 5-6 listings that I was interested in, and I fell in love with the last showing. She helped me send in my offer that day and I knew within one week that the home was mine! There were even 4 other offers put on the home, but she knew exactly what to do and say to ensure my offer was the best. Throughout the 30-40 day escrow process, Jule checked in with me almost daily to make sure everything was going smoothly. She came to my inspection day and knew exactly what to look for. It was clear she had my best interest at heart. If there was an issue, she had it taken care of within hours. I can honestly say that Jule provided a 10/10 experience and I loved working with her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house in any area. I love my new home and I am so thankful for everything she has done for me!
