•This was my first home purchase, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Cara was incredible every step of the way. I came in with very little knowledge of the homebuying process. or the real estate “lingo” and she consistently took the time to explain everything clearly (more than once) without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Additionally, given her long history of living in Arizona, she is very knowledgable about all the different locations and communities. Cara always worked hard to get us the best deal, while also giving us the space to make the decisions that were right for us. She made the entire process feel simple and manageable by laying out all the options, explaining the pros and cons, and keeping us focused on what mattered most to us. During negotiations, things stalled more than once due to confusion and missteps on the other side. Each time, Cara stepped in, clarified the process, and kept everything moving forward with professionalism and persistence. Most importantly, she was honest, patient, and reasonable throughout. She stayed committed to finding a home we genuinely loved at a price that made sense, and she advocated for us when the other side wasn’t being fair. This is how a realtor should be. She not only checks every box, but consistently exceeds it.
