•We used Kerri to sell my mom’s house when it was time for her to move to assisted living. I was dreading this, as I lived a distance away, had too many things on my plate and no experience selling a home. I also knew we needed to get a good price on her home as this was her ticket to living in an assisted living home she felt very comfortable living. Kerri was fabulous! Her knowledge on the market, marketing the House was impressive. She was easy to work with, also great at answering any questions or concerns we had and always kept us apprised of the progress. She quickly sold the home (at a great price) and handled all the contingencies. She recommended some great contractors to work with preparing mom’s house to sell and taking care of any issues to help fascilitate closing. You will not regret working with Kerri!
